All dogs must be current on their vaccinations, including distemper, parvovirus, rabies, and bordetella. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required prior to attendance.
Yes, dogs over 12 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in our daycare programs.
Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and have completed their initial vaccination series to attend.
Reservations can be made directly by our online booking system here. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee equivalent to one day's stay.
To maintain a safe and sanitary environment, we do not permit personal items from home. Rest assured, we provide all necessary bedding and toys for your dog's comfort.
In the event of illness or injury, we will first attempt to contact you, followed by your emergency contact. If immediate medical attention is required, we will seek veterinary care as needed.
For the safety of all guests, certain dogs may not be permitted in interactive daycare for a variety of reasons. If you have any concerns please contact us directly.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM for day care; and Monday to Sunday by appointment only for grooming. Please note that hours may vary on holidays or special occasions.
Yes, we offer block bookings that provide discounts for multiple dogs or extended stays. Please enquire for more details.
