Excellent experience for my Dog Rana. He just enjoys whenever we take him to this daycare. I can feel so secured about my dog at blackburn PawPaw land and his whole day goes so much engaged. The staffs are extremely friendly and nice. Rana would definitely continue going there as long as he can.
My dog has some anxiety issues (mostly around people) and I’ve been bringing him to day care for 2 and a half years. He absolutely loves it, it’s the highlight of our week. Frequently Asked Questions 🐾
All dogs attending PawPaw Land must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their vaccinations, preferably C5, which provides protection against common canine diseases, including distemper, parvovirus and canine cough.
A current vaccination certificate issued by a registered veterinarian must be provided at least 24 hours before your dog’s first daycare session.
For Puppy Playgroup: Puppies aged 8–16 weeks are welcome once they have received at least their second puppy vaccination. Puppies older than 16 weeks must be fully vaccinated to attend regular daycare sessions.
Dogs aged 12 months or younger are welcome to attend daycare without being desexed. Once they're over 12 months old, all dogs must be spayed or neutered (desexed) to continue attending PawPaw Land.
We love welcoming little paws! Puppies aged 8–16 weeks can join our Puppy Playgroup once they've received at least their second puppy vaccination.
Puppies older than 16 weeks are welcome to join our regular daycare sessions once they're fully vaccinated.
Daycare sessions can be booked directly through our online booking system. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred dates, as places can fill up.
We understand that plans can change! We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's daycare booking. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the booked session being forfeited.
To keep our daycare safe, clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that personal bedding and toys stay at home. We've got everything covered, including bedding, toys and plenty of enrichment activities to keep your pup happy, comfortable and engaged throughout the day.
Your dog's health and wellbeing are always our priority. If your dog becomes unwell or is injured while in our care, we'll contact you promptly, or your nominated emergency contact if we can't reach you. If urgent medical attention is needed, we'll arrange appropriate veterinary care to ensure your pup receives the attention they need.
We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes! Rather than assessing dogs by breed alone, we consider each dog's individual temperament, behaviour and suitability for group daycare.
Our priority is creating a safe and happy environment for everyone, so some dogs may not be suited to group play. If you're unsure whether daycare is right for your pup, please get in touch. We're always happy to chat!
Our daycare is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Need an earlier start? We also offer early drop-off between 7:00 am and 7:30 am, provided it's arranged with our team the day before.
Grooming services are available by appointment only. Please note that our operating hours may vary on public holidays.
Yes! We offer discounted rates for multiple dogs from the same household, along with weekly daycare passes and prepaid packages for regular visits. You can explore our available options and pricing on our online booking page.
Simply bring your dog on a lead and any special care instructions. We’ll take care of the rest, including treats, toys, enrichment activities and comfortable bedding to help your dog feel right at home.
Dogs are carefully grouped based on their size, temperament and energy levels to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our team continuously monitors group dynamics and adjusts playgroups throughout the day as needed, particularly as dogs’ energy levels and social needs change.
