Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and Payments
All daycare bookings are essential and must be made online. Payments are accepted via Mastercard or Visa only.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must notify PawPaw Land of any cancellation or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the booked daycare session being forfeited.

3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

4. Daycare Passes and Validity
All 10-day and 20-day daycare passes must be used within their respective validity periods.
Extensions to these packages will not be granted under any circumstances.

5. Behaviour and Temperament Requirements
PawPaw Land accepts friendly, well-socialised dogs that are comfortable interacting with other dogs and people.

Dogs must be able to share communal spaces, toys and resources without displaying territorial, possessive or aggressive behaviour.

Dogs exhibiting resource guarding or territorial behaviour around food, toys or personal space may not be suitable for daycare.

6. Desexing Requirements
Dogs up to 12 months of age may attend daycare without being desexed.
All dogs over 12 months of age must be spayed or neutered (desexed) to attend PawPaw Land.

7. Puppy Playgroup and Vaccination Requirements
Puppies aged 8–16 weeks are welcome to attend Puppy Playgroup once they have received at least their second puppy vaccination.

Puppies older than 16 weeks are eligible for full-day daycare and must be fully vaccinated before attending casual daycare sessions.

8. Collars, Leads and Identification
All dogs must arrive at PawPaw Land on a leash, wearing a collar and identification tag displaying the dog's name.

For the safety of your dog and others attending daycare, we ask that all AirTags be removed from your dog's collar or securely attached to their lead before entering the daycare facility.

9. Prohibited Collars
Studded collars and correction collars are not permitted at PawPaw Land.

10. Personal Belongings
PawPaw Land accepts no liability for damage to leads, harnesses, collars or other personal belongings while dogs are attending daycare.

11. Injuries During Daycare
PawPaw Land will not be held liable for injuries caused by other dogs during daycare attendance.

12. Lunch Service
A lunch service fee of $10.00 per dog applies when PawPaw Land staff are required to feed a dog during daycare.

Owners must provide their dog's food, as PawPaw Land does not supply meals.

13. Health and Vaccination Requirements
All dogs attending PawPaw Land must be in good health and have current vaccinations, preferably C5.

Proof of current vaccination must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled daycare session.

14. Illness and Contagious Conditions
Owners must inform PawPaw Land of any illness, injury or medical condition affecting their dog.
Dogs displaying symptoms of contagious illnesses or conditions, including but not limited to canine cough, papillomas or conjunctivitis, are not permitted to attend daycare.

15. Canine Cough Policy
Dogs displaying symptoms of canine cough while attending daycare must be collected early.
In such circumstances, the daycare session will be forfeited.

As a precaution to protect other dogs attending the facility, owners will be required to keep their dog away from daycare facilities and dog parks for 14 days, even if the dog has been cleared by a veterinarian.

16. Bathing and Grooming Services
Bathing and grooming services are available Monday to Friday, by appointment only, for dogs already attending daycare.

To request a bathing or grooming service, please select the relevant option when making your daycare booking. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrangements.

Additional charges may apply for nail trimming, dogs requiring additional handling, or dogs with difficult or matted coats.

17. Customer Contact Information
Customers are responsible for notifying PawPaw Land of any changes to their contact details to ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.

18. Medication and Medical Requirements
If a dog requires medication for a medical condition, including but not limited to epilepsy or joint-related conditions, the owner must provide the required medication along with clear instructions for its administration.

19. Authorised Collection of Dogs
Dogs will only be released to individuals listed as authorised persons on the dog's registration form.

An exception may be made where the owner provides prior written authorisation to PawPaw Land staff, specifying the full name and contact number of the person permitted to collect their dog.

Written authorisation must be received before any dog is released to a third party.

20. Collection Times and Late Fees
All dogs must be collected no later than 6:30 pm.
Collections after 6:30 pm will incur a late fee of $25.00 for every 10 minutes, or part thereof.
We kindly ask all owners to ensure timely collection of their dogs to support the smooth operation of our daycare facility.
